Julia Rosenbaum was captivated by watercolors many years ago, and she’s been exploring how to use them to create light-filled paintings ever since. After earning a BA in art history, Julia worked as a graphic designer for many years, while taking varied drawing and painting classes. Her paintings have been juried into shows including at the Baltimore Watercolor Society and the Northwest Watercolor Society Waterworks Unlimited Members Exhibition. In 2021 Julia attained signature status in the Baltimore Watercolor Society.
She is particularly interested in still life and portraits, and is continuously experimenting and learning. Julia is eager to share what she has discovered with her students.
